Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original AHLEM protective case and box, ensuring all tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
